Gallery Rouge are experienced in handling the packaging and shipment of artwork to anywhere in the world.
In the UK, we work with trusted and recognised delivery partners to ensure that your painting arrives with you in a timely manner, safely. Invariably the partner of choice is DPD, where we also work with APC and Royal Mail depending on geographical or time bounded needs.
Whichever partner is selected, you can be sure to receive an email advising of the tracking details so that you monitor progress. Typical UK delivery lead-times are 2 to 4 working days, where you will have the flexibility to select a date and time that is convenient to you, and to which they will endeavour to oblige.
For clients further afield, our preferred partners are DHL, where we may also use other internationally recognised partners in FedEx and UPS if coverage and price are more advantageous. Shipping times to international destinations will vary depending on where you are, and will range between two to four days. During the checkout process we will be able to provide you with an accurate charge. All shipping charges include packaging, boxing and insurance – you don’t have to worry about a thing!
In all instances, we will ensure that we are regularly in contact with you. Initially we will provide you with the tracking details so you can monitor shipment progress, and continue to monitor thereafter with you until safely received.
